Re: Command Timeout error

Interesting. My wife and I kept getting these errors, and I couldn't figure out what was causing it. Really annoying, but I never got around to posting a question on these forums. I got on today looking for something else, saw your post, and then realized that I haven't seen that error come up in a ...

Re: Rotating Label (text)?

I'm sorry, I just don't see that option. I must be looking in the wrong place. When I right click on a label or button, it only gives me these options:
  • Enable
    Image
    Text
    Size & Location...
    Layout
    Stationary
    Properties...
    Copy
    Delete Button
    Select All

Is there a way to rotate the text 'Label' block, so that the text reads sideways at a 90-degree angle?

Excellent work!

I was just able to duplicate three separate activities and migrate to three different STBs. Thanks for the quick update!

Re: Trouble with 'Migrate Activity Buttons' and Macros Within

Hi jsu1995. Sorry for the trouble and frustration. I believe the problem you are experiencing is due to this offending excerpt from the manual: You may also specify that you'd like to update all macros in your configuration to replace any references... This is saying that it will update any macros ...

Trouble with 'Migrate Activity Buttons' and Macros Within

My current scenario: I'm working on the "Favorite Channels" page for our "Watch U-verse" activity, and I now have one working very well using macro buttons sending the appropriate (4-digit) channel numbers with a 0.5 second (blocking) pause in between each. The problem I'm having happens when it com...

Re: Spinner (Numeric:0-9) Not Working...?

Thanks for the quick responses. I may take you up on that offer of sending a file at a later time, but the spinner was just a neat feature I was testing out. Right now, I'm super frustrated with another issue that I'm having... which is more crucial to getting my remote up and operating for the fami...

Re: Spinner (Numeric:0-9) Not Working...?

There is not a known bug with getting the sections with numbers to show up in the spinner on the iOS device. The only requirement should be that the device you select for the spinner must have buttons named "0" through "9" in it. But it will look for those and notify you if it doesn't find them. I ...

Spinner (Numeric:0-9) Not Working...?

First off, I'm very new to TouchControl... I have been using iRule for a couple of years now, and am now looking for a new app. I'm still at the base of what will likely be a large learning curve, but I'll try not to post every little question I have without doing proper research first. This questio...
